Nurturing Touch, Dance & Connection

A NEW 2 part Workshop, at Cap Wellness Center, Tuesdays May 7th and 14th, 10:30-12pm

Moms with babies newborn to pre-crawling are welcome into this space. Come and experience the joy of connection in this unique workshop gathering!
Spaces are limited, Register online at Cap Wellness Center.

$75 for both days.
*Includes massage oil, handouts, babywearing checkpoints for safe & comfortable wearing, playlist of songs.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a blanket for baby to lie on and a pillow to sit on as well as a wrap or carrier for heart to heart wearing during the dance/movement portion. Julia will have a few carriers on hand to use if needed.
