Hello friends and happy spring!

My family and I just got back from a trip to Cannon Beach Oregon (Goonies anyone?) where we celebrated one of best friends 40th birthday, hiked in old growth forests, walked the beach for miles, and ate some amazing food!  It was great to be able to show the kids some of my old stomping grounds. I’m glad to be back and feeling refreshed and inspired for some new projects in the works.

For this month humor newsletter I thought I would share a few of my favorite belly shakers.  We all know intuitively that laughter makes us feel good (perhaps as good as an orgasm?)  but did you know that it actually can benefit your health?  Turns out laughter relaxes your whole body, boosts immune system, releases endorphins, and more, and who doesn’t want that?
