This is our 10th annual “Cookies with CAP” celebration and our 6th year partnering with a true angel, Shally Zomorodi, to gather our Secret Elves to help local San Diego families in need this holiday season.

Dr. Cap and our team at the CAP Wellness Center have found 30+ families who have endured hardship this past year and need your help to bring a little Holiday magic & joy into their homes.

We hope you will find it in your hearts to share your love & light this Holiday season by choosing a gift for a child in need.

Please read their stories (on our Facebook Page or on Instagram @capwellnesscenter) so you can choose a family member that you would like to help. If you aren’t able to donate a gift this year, we hope you will consider donating your time to be part of our Secret Elf team that deliver gifts to one or more of the families once everything has been collected.

You have until Sunday, December 7th to shop and bring your wrapped gift to our Cookies with CAP holiday party where we will all celebrate with Santa (take photos with your kids for free), a petting zoo, balloons, music, lights, hot chocolate and, of course, LOTS of cookies! (*Please wrap the gift and label it with botht the child’s name AND Family # so we can keep it all organzed for delivery-thank you!)
